As our Experienced Painter, you will prepare surfaces, protect areas, and apply high‑quality finishes for both interior and exterior projects. You will confidently switch between commercial, industrial, and residential jobs, working indoors and outdoors while using ladders safely. With a focus on detail, you will maintain an organized worksite and take pride in delivering quality craftsmanship from start to finish.

• Valid driver’s license
• Dependable transportation
• Previous painting experience
• 2+ years of full‑time experience in interior and exterior painting
• Meet OSHA respirator medical requirements
• Provide your own professional‑quality tools
• Knowledge of basic types and processes of substrates
• Proficiency in surface preparation, masking and covering, brushing, rolling, and airless spraying
• Knowledge and ability to use safe work methods and personal protective equipment
• Ability to work overtime and weekends
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds
• Ability to set up and maintain a clean worksite
• Ability to work independently or with a team
• Ability to bend, twist, climb, and work from various heights in various environments
• Ability to work at any location assigned to you
• Must be able to pass a pre‑employment drug screening
• Work Monday through Friday, 7 am – 3 pm, with schedule flexibility and occasional overtime as needed
