• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and handle physical job demands
• Ability to pass a drug screen if requested
• Completion of M.U.S.T. safety modules after hire

• Good at multitasking
• Comfortable following instructions

• Prior landscape construction experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Dependable and reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs and perform a wide range of tasks
  
  Willing and able to pass a drug screen upon request
• Completion of M.U.S.T. safety modules after hire
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team‑oriented mindset

• Base rate: $20.61–$26.93 per hour
• Vacation: $3.00 per hour
• Health Care: $6.00 per hour
• Annuity: $3.00 per hour
• Training: $0.10 per hour
• LECET: $0.06 per hour
• IAP: $0.10 per hour
• Total: $23.71–$39.19 per hour

Advancement is based on skills, attitude, and job performance.
