Location: Belleville North
Edward Rose & Sons is seeking a Standby Maintenance Technician to join the on-site team at Westlake Apartments in Belleville, MI. The role requires living on-site in a company-provided apartment and being available for after-hours emergency calls on a rotating basis.
You will handle daily maintenance tasks across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems to keep residents comfortable. Starting pay is $22.68 per hour or higher, with a rent-free apartment and a comprehensive benefits
