We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Permanent Field Service Technician to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading company in the industry, providing high-quality services to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a variety of equipment in the field. • Conduct regular preventive maintenance on service equipment, including inspection, testing, and minor repairs to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Respond promptly to service calls, evaluate equipment's needs, and perform necessary repairs or adjustments both in-house and in the field.
• Troubleshoot complex issues related to electrical systems and mechanical equipment, determining the most effective solutions.
• Document service and repair information, maintaining a comprehensive record of all maintenance and repair work conducted.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing client concerns, and explaining technical issues in a clear and understandable manner.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to resolve more complex issues, providing detailed information about problems and solutions.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, techniques, and tools to ensure the provision of high-quality services.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, field repair, and preventive maintenance.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and proficiency in working with electrical systems.
• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues in a clear and understandable manner.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• A high level of physical fitness, as the role may involve lifting heavy equipment and working in challenging field conditions.
• A valid driver’s license and the willingness to travel to different field locations.
• A technical degree or equivalent in a related field is preferred.
• Certifications in relevant areas, such as electrical systems or mechanical engineering, will be an added advantage.
