• Preventive Maintenance:
  Clean, lubricate, and inspect equipment regularly to catch minor issues before breakdowns occur.
• Diagnostics & Troubleshooting:
  Use technical manuals, multimeters, and diagnostic software to locate root causes of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic failures.
• Repairs & Overhauls:
  Dismantle malfunctioning machinery, replace broken parts, and reassemble or calibrate equipment to optimal specifications.
• Installation:
  Set up and test new tools, conveyor systems, or production equipment on the production floor.
• Documentation:
  Log repairs, parts inventory, and maintenance schedules into computerized tracking systems. Microsoft Excel experience is a plus.

• Education:
  
  High school diploma or GED; vocational training, certification, or an associate degree in industrial maintenance is preferred.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience working with industrial machinery or in a manufacturing environment.
• Technical Knowledge:
  Understanding of electrical control panels, PLCs (programmable logic controllers), machine vision systems, motors, and fluid power systems. Familiar with Fanuc, Kuka, and ABB robots, general carpentry skills, and experience with injection molding machines is a plus.

• Physical Stamina:
  Ability to stand for long shifts, climb ladders, work in tight spaces, and regularly lift heavy parts.

  Strict adherence to OSHA guidelines and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required.
