Location: Gladstone
Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin & Upper Michigan is hiring a full-time Case Manager for the Superior Futures for Youth program. The role includes providing housing stabilization and support services to youth aged 12-24, primarily in Dickinson and Iron Counties. Travel is required up to 75% within service areas.
The successful candidate will be passionate about youth services, highly organized, and possess a bachelor's degree related to social work or a similar field. A benefits package includes loan forgiveness eligibility, health insurance, and a 403(b) retirement plan.
