About the RoleAmpersand Therapy is hiring a full‑time School Social Worker for a school setting in Parchment, MI. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in student success by conducting evaluations, supporting IEP development, and collaborating with school teams. We welcome new clinicians and seasoned professionals alike!

Key Responsibilities
- Provide IEP counseling services and social‑emotional support
- Attend and participate in IEP meetings
- Complete IEP documentation and progress reports
- Collaborate with school‑based special education teams
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Engage with families and community‑based supports when appropriate
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to a collaborative school culture
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)
- Experience in schools or special education is a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a major asset but not required
