Job Title:

Animateur/Animatrice Enfance Jeunesse

The commune of Soulaines-sur-Aubance is looking for an (e) animateur/animatrice for the Enfance Jeunesse service on a full-time basis (annualized). You will join a team of 4 people including the Coordinator.

Responsibilities include:

• Encadrement and animation:
  Ensure the physical, moral, and affective safety of children and young people. Design, propose, supervise, animate, and evaluate projects and educational leisure activities in line with the Pedagogical Project and the Territorial Educational Project (PEDT).
• Participate in the development of the pedagogical project in collaboration with the Enfance-Jeunesse coordinator.
• Organization and management:
  Intervene in the peri-school times (morning, noon, evening, Wednesday afternoon, TAP) and extracurricular activities (school holidays). Program and animate activities for teenagers (Wednesday afternoons, Friday evenings, and occasional dates during the school year). Organize trips and a summer camp in line with the pedagogical project and PEDT. Manage the administrative, financial, and accounting aspects of the youth association, as well as communication with parents and partners.

Additional responsibilities:
Occasional replacement in the direction in the absence of the coordinator or deputy director. Possible mobility within the framework of the missions, with variable hours depending on the activity of the structure. Organize leave according to the needs of the service.

Legal basis:

• Art. L332-8 disposition 6 of the general code of public service - A contractual employee may be recruited for this position because it is a specific position in a small community. The proposed contract may not exceed three years, renewable up to a maximum duration of six years.
