Princeton Staffing Solutions is seeking a licensed School Social Worker to support an elementary caseload with a school district in Lake Orion, Michigan for the 2026–2027 school year. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced school-based clinician who values collaboration, structured support, and the ability to make a measurable impact on students' social-emotional and behavioral development.

School Social Worker (MSW, LMSW) – Key Responsibilities

Participate as an active member of the IEP team in compliance with IDEA

Conduct social-emotional, behavioral, and mental health evaluations

Contribute to eligibility determinations and case study reports

Provide direct counseling services (individual and group)

Develop and support social skills and evidence-based interventions

Collaborate on Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP)

Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to strengthen student outcomes

Incorporate cultural, environmental, and socio-economic considerations into evaluations and service planning

Qualifications:

MSW required

MI State Social Worker License

School Social Worker credential

Prior school-based experience required
