Car Guys Inc., the largest automotive recruiting company in the world, is building next‑generation recruiting software relied upon by dealerships across the U.S. and Canada. We develop real‑time lead intelligence, automated workflows, recruiter performance engines, and dashboards that deliver high‑quality results.

This is an in‑office role, at least 3 days per week, located in Grand Rapids, MI.

• High‑performance recruiting platforms used nationwide
• Real‑time dashboards, automations, and workflow engines

• Writing clean, modern, maintainable code (Laravel, Vue, Inertia, or similar)
• Collaborating directly with leadership to ship features fast
• Turning raw ideas into polished, functional software
• Owning projects from concept to build to deploy
• Improving performance, speed, and reliability across the platform
• Working in‑office with a small, elite team that moves fast

• Strong experience with modern web development (PHP/Laravel, Vue/React, Tailwind, etc.)
• Ability to architect clean, scalable systems
• Comfort working in a fast‑moving, high‑expectation environment
• Curiosity, creativity, and a bias toward action
• A portfolio, Git Hub, or examples of things you’ve built
