This full-time, on-site role, based in Northville, MI, involves assisting with tennis and pickleball programs at Meadowbrook Country Club. The Assistant Tennis/Pickleball Professional will oversee daily operations, provide lessons and clinics, engage with members to enhance their experience, and help coordinate tournaments, leagues, and special events. Additional responsibilities include equipment organization, court maintenance, and supporting the team to ensure a welcoming, high-quality environment for members and guests.

• Skills in coaching and instructing tennis and pickleball to players of various skill levels
• Ability to organize, plan, and manage tournaments, leagues, and events is benificial
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with members and guests
• Experience in court maintenance and handling sports equipment
• Proficiency in multitasking and handling administrative responsibilities
• Passion for tennis and pickleball with a commitment to promoting these sports
• Relevant certifications in tennis/pickleball coaching and instruction considered a plus
• First aid and CPR certifications are beneficial
