Job Overview

Over‑the‑road CDL‑A Flatbed Driver positions with a carrier offering competitive pay, flexible home time, and comprehensive benefits.

• Transport finished goods and raw materials over land to and from manufacturing plants or retail and distribution centers.
• Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and safety defects and perform preventative maintenance.
• Plan routes and meet delivery schedules.
• Document and log work/rest periods and miles spent driving (ELOG).
• Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking and break periods) as well as company policies and procedures.
• Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions.
• Collect and verify delivery instructions.
• Report defects, accidents or violations.

• Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable CDL A experience and 1 year of flatbed experience.
• Ability to pass DOT drug screen, physical and background check.
• Good driving record and compliance with Hours of Service regulations.

• Miles guaranteed (ELOG).
• Tarp pay, detention pay, layover pay, extra stop pay.
• Clean inspection and weekend bonus pay.
• Fuel paid at major truck stops.
• Repair coverage at major truck stops.
• Percentage pay available after first year.
• $250 orientation pay and weekly direct‑deposit pay.
