• Average Weekly Pay: $1,500 ($78,000 annually)
• $4,000 Sign‑On Bonus:
  Paid out quickly ($500 on your 1st load, $500 monthly for months 1‑5, and $1,000 in month

• Performance Bonus:
  Earn up to an additional 3 CPM based on safety, mileage, and productivity
• Detention Pay: $12.50/hour (starts after the 2nd hour)
• Layover & Breakdown Pay: $100/day

• Home Time: 10 days out, followed by 2 days home

  Weekends and holidays required availability to keep the freight moving
• Reliable Support:
  Consistent lanes originating from the Navarre, OH or Pendleton, IN distribution centers
• 100% No‑Touch Freight:
  Strictly drop‑and‑hook deliveries, no unloading required
• Running Area:
  Consistent regional operating area covering OH, MI, Western PA, Upstate NY (No NYC), VA, WV, KY, NC, IL, IN, and Lower WI
• Fleet: 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadias or Kenworths

• Experience:
  
  At least 3 months of solo tractor‑trailer experience with a 40‑foot trailer or longer
• License & Age:
  Current Class A CDL in good standing; must be 21 years of age or older
• Operations:
  Drivers will run between regional distribution centers and dedicated store locations, with safe parking required at all delivery spots
• Safety Record:
  Clean safety record with NO DUI or SAP program completions within the last 5 years
