We offer a one-year training contract for you to apply all your knowledge in the best company in the sector and continue training to be a logistics professional of the future.

At DHL Global Forwarding we are looking for someone who is interested in this sector and who has completed their formal studies less than 3 years ago (essential requirement to make a training contract). A copy of the degree or the fees receipt will be requested to formalize the contract.

• Receive the customer's order
• Give instructions to the partner: contact person, form of shipment, etc.
• Manage the arrival of the shipment, this implies: knowledge of the shipping line and the name of the ship
• Generate the arrival notice of the goods to the customer through the agreed channel.
• Pass to the customs agent of the DHL office from which the ship leaves the data of this and the customs documentation
• Keep the Customer informed throughout the process
• Perform the delivery of the goods according to the customer's specifications
• Billing to the Customer.

• Theoretical knowledge of the maritime industry.
• Intermediate or Higher Degree in International Trade or Transport and Logistics, preferably
• Have completed official qualification less than 3 years ago, and have not performed a labor contract in training linked to that qualification.
• Result orientation.
• Attention to detail and meticulousness.
• Interest in administration, invoicing, etc. functions.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Handling of Excel and ease of learning computer tools.
• Intermediate English level (B1+)
• Native / C2 Spanish level
• Willingness to learn.
