• This is a full-time permanent position. Benefits after 60 days. 40 Vacation after 90 days.
• Hours 5:00pm-3:00am January-May Some Saturdays
• Hours 4:00pm-3:00am June-December season 6 days a week

A Forklift Operator 2 unloads incoming loads of vegetables and loads them into the outdoor hoppers.

• Serve the needs of customers and all stakeholders
• Adhere to all Food Safety and GMP Policies
• Unloading incoming loads of raw products onto designated storage space
• Loading raw products into the outdoor hoppers
• Work with scale house to ensure proper products are stored and loaded

• Broad knowledge and experience in forklift/loader operations
• Above average skills in attendance
• Excellent skills in safety
• General knowledge of yard operations
• CDL drivers license preferred

• Years of experience: 1-6 months
• Specialized training in forklift operations and safety; forklift license
• Other: ability to push raw product piles with loader

• While performing the duties of this position, the employee must be able to sit, stand, use hands and fingers, bend, walk, push/pull.

• While performing the duties of this position, the employee is exposed to variable temperatures of both heat and cold; exposure to wet and snow.
