O'Reilly Automotive - 142 South Main Street - Responsibilities:
Work with installers/professional customers to develop sales relationships.;
Take customer orders over the phone and online, invoice orders, direct efforts to pick and stage parts for delivery, and route delivery specialists to ensure timely delivery.;
Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and maintained according to company standards.;
Ensure vehicle inspections are completed on time and daily mileages are entered into fleet devices.;
Audit customer returns for warranty abuse and ensure returns are tagged/labeled correctly.
