Ten Eight Inc, a stable and growing trucking company based in Alsip, IL, is hiring experienced Class A OTR drivers. We focus on quality over quantity, ensuring every driver receives personalized support and attention, and take pride in our 30,000sq ft. maintenance facility, as well as the fact that most of our drivers have been with us for 2+ years!

• Starting CPM: $0.65 CPM (W-2) OR $0.75 CPM (1099)
• Top Earners:
  Up to $0.85 CPM with bonuses
• Performance Boosts: $500 (A-Tier) to $1,000 (A+-Tier) bonuses

  Up to $500 for Clean DOT Inspections

• $2,200 - $3,000 per week

• Valid Class A CDL
• 24 Months Verifiable Class A Experience (Minimum 12 Months OTR Experience)
• Clean Driving Record:
  Max 2 moving violations in the last 3 years
• Clean DOT Safety Record:
  No drug/alcohol violations or refusals
