Location:

Stanwood, MI. Compensation: $28.69/hour. Shift differential: 6%-8% of base hourly rate paid for applicable hours worked.

Schedule:

B shift 6:00am to 6:00pm, rotating 2,2,3.

Responsibilities

JOB SUMMARY:

The Warehouse Utility is responsible for supporting the warehouse systems to ensure products are available and loaded in a timely manner. This person's core responsibilities will be direct support for the various warehouse functions, as well as team coverage support, including the following: training for Loaders on Mole Rack usage, EWM issue resolution, management of all sample donations, damaged goods control, finished goods inbound loads, destruction, return products, and maintaining all control bins in accordance with Ice Mountain standards.

Provide support to warehouse personnel as well as work closely with Raw Material Techs, Planning, Dock Office Team, and Loaders to help ensure we meet all warehouse KPI’s. They work with shift resources ensuring the strategic completion of all inbound and outbounds loads. This position will load/unload trucks as needed or when not performing other duties listed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warehouse Mole Racking management and troubleshooting.
  • Support and train warehouse team members on Mole troubleshooting, fault resolution, and strategies.
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve EWM failures.
  • Execute daily warehouse plans to include daily reporting and detailed shift handoffs.
  • Organize and maintain warehouse product storage plans.
  • Communicate with Planning, Transport, Production Lines/Teams, and off‑site Warehouses as required.
  • Maintain all warehouse control bins.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment in the warehouse and dock office.
  • Support execution of daily dock schedules, including inbound and outbound loads.
  • Perform truck loading/unloading as required to ensure achievement of PPLH KPI.
  • Complete all picking/loading and documentation for destruction, donation, and salvage loads in accordance with Primobrands Compliance Standards.
  • Support entire logistics team as needed to cover sick calls, vacations, breaks and lunch periods for loaders, Switchers and Dock Coordinators.
  • Work with the site inventory specialists to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Key

Qualifications:

  • Two to three years previous shipping & receiving experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Must be self‑motivated and have a proven track record of demonstrating problem‑solving abilities.
  • Prior forklift experience with fork truck certification.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft applications and SAP.
  • Organizational skills with the ability to continuously handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, training skills, and ability to connect externally for troubleshooting issues.
