Union Warehouse Associate

Pay rate: $25.34 per hour.

Schedule:

Monday – Friday 1:00pm to 9:30pm or until completion.

• Safely operate a stand‑up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use technology such as RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Accurately and timely receive, verify, stage, and stock all incoming material.
• Clean the workspace as you go and collaborate with the team to maintain a clean, safe, and accident‑free facility.
• Adhere to all safety regulations, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). This includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum capacity of 400lb.

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education.
• 0‑3 years of warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management.
• High attention to detail.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
• Positive demeanor, dependability, and strong work ethic.
• Self‑starter with ability to quickly learn our systems.
• Experience using material‑handling equipment is preferred.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Ability to work at heights up to 30ft.
• Ability to lift items up to 50lb regularly and up to 90lb occasionally.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
• Focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices.
