Stand-Up Forklift Driver​/Warehouseperson - 2nd Shift Weekdays

Location: Spring Lake, MI
Shift: Weekdays - 2nd Shift (Mon-Thurs 7:00pm-5:30am)
Reports to: Warehouse Supervisor

Are you an experienced stand‑up forklift operator who takes pride in doing the job right and doing it safely? We're looking for skilled operators to join our warehouse team and keep our operations moving smoothly.

• Safely operate stand‑up forklifts to move, stack, load, and unload pallets throughout the warehouse.
• Operate sit‑down forklifts as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area.
• Ensure products are properly placed and inspected for quality.
• Complete daily Hilo inspections and report any equipment concerns promptly.
• Follow all food safety standards, company policies, and warehouse safety procedures.
• Support warehouse operations and assist with additional tasks as needed.

• Required Experience: Minimum of 1 year of recent stand‑up forklift experience required.
• Ability to safely and confidently operate stand‑up equipment in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet in both standard and refrigerated warehouse conditions.
• Strong attention to detail with basic reading and math skills to accurately match orders and product codes.
