Warehouse Associate - Shipping

$17 per hour plus $2 shift premium after 5pm.

Sun – Thurs; 3pm to completion.

Warehouse Associate at Keystone Automotive Operations (KAO). You will pick, organize, and prepare auto parts orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and teamwork. The role includes pulling parts manually and operating equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and order pickers. It offers competitive pay and incentives.

• Up to $17.00 per hour starting pay
• $1,000 sign‑on bonus when you join the team
• Additional $500 after 6 months, another $500 after 12 months of continuous, active full‑time employment

• Accurately pull, scan, package, and stage orders for delivery
• Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations
• Stack, wrap, load, and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment (training provided)
• Ensure inventory accuracy for all parts and quantities
• Communicate clearly with peers and supervisors to support workflow success
• Maintain a clean and safe workplace and follow all safety protocols
• Perform other warehouse tasks as assigned based on daily needs

• 18 years of age or older
• Capable of consistently lifting up to 75 lbs
• Comfortable working on your feet all day, standing, walking, bending, and climbing ladders
• Ability to work at heights up to 30 ft without issue
• Strong attention to detail in a fast‑paced, accuracy‑driven environment
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Willingness to work in a non‑climate‑controlled warehouse (temperatures vary by season)
• Forklift operator experience preferred, but not required
