Warehouse Associate - 3PL First Shift

Starting Rate: $18.00/hour

Shift: Mon-Fri, 5:00am to 3:30pm with rotation through Saturday shift

Employee of the Month awards include swag and bonus (Based on performance)

Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 (Paid out as $500 after 6 months and $500 after 12 months of continuous full-time employment)

Your Role with Keystone Automotive Operations

Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. is seeking to hire a Warehouse Associate for our Brownstown, MI location.

Our warehouse workers perform activities such as parts pulling, staging, and loading/stocking of trucks.

Responsibilities Include:

• Receiving, pulling, scanning, packaging, staging, and loading product (all or some tasks depending on assignment)
• Receiving and putting away inbound product to designated locations
• Pulling correct product from the appropriate locations and delivering to the staging area
• Accurately sorting and staging product in designated areas
• Stacking and wrapping product and loading into tractor trailers or cube trucks
• Operating equipment (manual and/or powered) to transport parts in and around the warehouse
• Prior equipment experience is a plus
• Examples of equipment include:
  Order Picker, Forklift, pallet jack, pull cart, ladder
• Maintaining order and housekeeping of assigned work areas
• Complying with established company policies and procedures
• Communicating effectively with team members and management
• Assuming other duties as assigned

Qualifications Include:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs
• Great attention to detail
• Able to stand for extended periods
• Able to sit, walk, push, pull, bend, and climb
• Able to climb ladders and stairs
• Must not be afraid of heights; able to withstand heights up to 30 feet
• This position requires individuals to stay on their feet continually
• Facilities are not climate-controlled; must tolerate high and low temperatures
