Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd, 3rd

Operations run from 6:00 AM-1:30 AM, including weekends and overtime as business needs require.

Advantage Technical is hiring a Shipping Supervisor to lead High Cube Center (HCC) operations for a leading global automotive OEM in Brownstown, MI. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced plant environment and knows how to keep material flowing and deadlines on track.

• Manage end-to-end material flow at the HCC, reporting to the Superintendent and Plant Manager
• Directly supervise a team, including mentoring GSR 6 supervisors
• Manage labor relations within a UAW/unionized environment
• Drive operational excellence through data‑driven decision‑making
• Maintain building safety and organizational cleanliness
• Ensure dealer shipping deadlines are consistently met or exceeded

• Knowledge of, or ability to learn, SAP/EWM systems
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to hold teams accountable
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and reach independent, logical conclusions
• Self‑starter mindset with a continuous improvement focus and proven dependability
• Ability to work outside traditional hours, including weekends and overtime, in a fast‑paced environment

• Problem‑solving or conflict‑management experience a plus
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Previous supervisory experience in a UAW or unionized environment preferred
