Are you detail-oriented, organized, and experienced with inventory or warehouse operations? We are looking for an Inventory Control / Cycle Count Specialist to join our team and play an important role in keeping materials accurate, organized, and moving efficiently through the manufacturing operation!
Count & Audit InventoryPerform physical inventory counts, cycle counts, random audits, receiving audits, and reconciliations to ensure inventory accuracy.
Research & Resolve DiscrepanciesCompare physical inventory to system records, investigate variances, analyze transactions and material movements, and identify the root cause of inventory discrepancies.
Keep Operations MovingMaintain accurate inventory records and system updates while supporting Shipping, Receiving, Material Handling, new product launches, and production needs.
The Inventory Control / Cycle Count Specialist is responsible for accurate and timely inventory counts, researching and resolving discrepancies, maintaining inventory records, and following proper inventory and storage procedures.
This position works closely with Production Controls, Logistics, Shipping, Receiving, and Material Handling to maintain inventory accuracy and help ensure uninterrupted production.
Job Duties- Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations.
- Research inventory variances and determine root causes.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and electronic documentation.
- Communicate discrepancies and assist with corrective actions.
- Perform inventory transactions and system updates.
- Assist with new product launches and material verification.
- Provide backup support to Shipping, Receiving, and Material Handling.
- Follow all safety, quality, environmental, and company policies.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Wear required PPE and maintain a safe, clean work environment.

Required Skills- Detail-oriented and accurate
- Comfortable working with numbers and computer systems
- Experienced with SAP and Excel
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
- Able to operate a forklift or willing to become certified
