Picker​/Packer

Lane Automotive is seeking a reliable 3rd Shift Picker/Packer to support fast-paced order fulfillment in our high-performance automotive parts distribution center. You will accurately pick parts from inventory, verify part numbers, safely operate carts or pallet jacks, and pack orders for shipment according to company standards. Responsibilities include scanning and labeling products, maintaining clean, organized aisles, following safety and quality procedures, and meeting productivity goals.

This role is ideal for detail-oriented team players who enjoy physical work, automotive parts, and a collaborative, improvement-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick automotive parts and components from inventory using pick lists or scanners
• Verify part numbers, quantities, and order details before packing
• Pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to standards
• Operate basic warehouse equipment such as carts or pallet jacks safely
• Maintain clean, organized shelves, bins, and work areas
• Follow safety, quality, and inventory control procedures at all times
• Meet or exceed daily productivity, accuracy, and quality goals
• Communicate with supervisors and teammates to resolve order or inventory issues
