Lane Automotive is seeking an Inventory Control Associate to help keep our high-performance automotive parts inventory accurate, organized, and ready to ship. In this role, you'll perform cycle counts, reconcile variances, and maintain precise system records across our wholesale distribution operation. Working closely with receiving, picking, and shipping teams, you'll investigate discrepancies, improve storage accuracy, and support lean, 5S-focused processes. This is a hands-on, on-site position ideal for detail-oriented automotive enthusiasts who enjoy fast-paced warehouse work and long-term career growth.
Responsibilities
- Receive, verify, and stock inbound automotive parts and accessories
- Perform accurate cycle counts and full inventory audits
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in the system and on the floor
- Use warehouse management systems and scanners to track product movement
- Label, organize, and maintain bin locations for fast, accurate picking
- Coordinate with shipping, receiving, and customer service to resolve issues
- Follow inventory control procedures and documentation standards
- Operate material handling equipment safely (after training)
- Support process improvement and 5
- S/lean initiatives in the warehouse
- Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all safety policies
Required Skills

- RF/barcode scanning
- Forklift and material handling equipment operation
