Forklift Driver

Labor Staffing Solutions LLC is seeking a reliable 2nd Shift Forklift Driver to support warehouse and light industrial clients in West Michigan. In this fast-paced role, you will operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, move, and stage materials safely and efficiently. Responsibilities include following pick tickets, scanning inventory, performing basic equipment inspections, and keeping work areas clean and organized.

You will work closely with supervisors and team leads, follow all safety and PPE guidelines, and maintain accurate documentation while meeting production and quality standards on the afternoon/evening shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and move materials
• Follow work orders and pick tickets to stage and organize product
• Perform pre-shift forklift inspections and report maintenance issues
• Use scanners or basic warehouse systems to track inventory movement
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work area and follow 5
• S practices
• Comply with all OSHA, facility, and company safety rules and PPE requirements
• Communicate with supervisors and team members to meet production goals
• Support general warehouse tasks such as palletizing, wrapping, and labeling
• Accurately document material movements and complete shift paperwork
• Work 2nd shift hours and maintain reliable attendance and punctuality
