Open Position: HK Room Attendant (With Hotel Experience)
Perform routine cleaning tasks in guest rooms and common areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
Ensure that all linens, towels, and amenities are replenished and stocked in guest rooms.
Report maintenance issues and concerns to the management promptly.
Provide excellent customer service to guests, responding to requests and inquiries effectively.
Follow safety and sanitation policies while performing cleaning duties.
