Leger des Heils zoekt een Teammanager voor de inloopvoorzieningen in Goes en Middelburg. Je leidt de medewerkers, coacht het team en stimuleert samenwerking en ontwikkeling met herstelgericht en krachtgericht leiderschap.
Je onderhoudt contact met gemeenten en partners en rapporteert aan de regiomanager. De functie is fulltime met 24 uur per week en biedt CAO Sociaal Werk schaal 10 salarisschaal.
