Field Coordinator - Exterior Division ( Roofing

Description

This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow in construction and take ownership of real projects. You will be responsible for coordinating jobs, working with crews, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and correctly.

• Manage and coordinate 3–5 roofing jobs per week
• Schedule crews and organize daily production
• Order materials and ensure timely delivery
• Communicate with homeowners before, during, and after installs
• Be on-site during installations to oversee progress and quality
• Take job site photos and document work performed
• Ensure jobs are completed on schedule and meet company standards
• Identify additional work or issues during installs and report accordingly
• Work closely with office and production team to close out jobs

• Strong organization and time management skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Reliable and detail-oriented
• Construction or roofing experience is a plus (not required)
• Willingness to learn and take ownership of responsibilities
