A Public Works Team Leader H/F

Under the authority of a Site Manager, your daily routine will revolve around the following tasks:

• You ensure the construction of works in the humid network in accordance with best practices (preparation, construction of the site, management of material and equipment supply, coordination of various stakeholders, control of the quality of the works constructed).
• You determine material, machinery, and personnel needs.
• You organize safety on the site, the work of the team.
• You welcome and guide newcomers and act as a tutor.
• You supervise your team on the site and, in liaison with the Site Manager, ensure the smooth running of the site in accordance with objectives.
• You are the guarantor of the proper execution of the works and ensure respect for the schedule.

You have a training background of type Bac Pro TP or you have experience in a similar position. Your seriousness, organization, and rigor will allow you to meet your realization deadlines in compliance with safety and prevention rules. You know how to adapt to the field.
