Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and personable Entry-Level Customer Service Representative to join a growing team. • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
• Assist customers with product information, order status, billing questions, and general support
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive experience
• Document customer interactions accurately in company systems
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure service excellence
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions

• Recent college grads preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office and email systems)
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
