We are looking for a customer-focused Call Center Representative to handle inbound and outbound calls, provide exceptional service, and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
Responsibilities:
+ Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls
+ Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, and account information
+ Document customer interactions accurately in CRM systems
+ Troubleshoot issues and provide effective resolutions
+ Process orders, updates, and account changes
+ Meet quality, productivity, and attendance expectations
+ Escalate complex concerns when appropriate
Requirements
Requirements:
+ Minimum 1 year of call center experience
+ Strong communication and active listening skills
+ Ability to multitask while navigating multiple software systems
+ Professional phone etiquette and conflict-resolution abilities
+ Strong data entry and documentation skills
+ Bilingual Spanish/English skill set preferred
+ Experience in Salesforce, Zendesk, Five9, Talkdesk, Ring Central, Microsoft Office, or other CRM Systems
