Youth Pastor

Responsibilities

• Build Christ-centered relationships with students and families.
• Teach God's Word and lead Bible studies and student events.
• Recruit and equip volunteers and student leaders.
• Partner with Youth for Christ to reach the local community.
• Communicate with students, parents, and volunteers.
• Support ministry operations, policies, and fundraising.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least three years of ministry experience.
• Strong moral character and spiritual maturity.
• Self-motivated, organized, and relationally driven.
• Ability to connect effectively with students, parents, volunteers, church members, and community partners.
• Successful completion of a background check.
