Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI), a division of Full Bloom, seeks a paraprofessional/behavior aide to support students with intensive behavioral needs in K-12 settings. You will work one-on-one or with small groups to implement IEP goals, using PBS strategies within a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities include developing and adjusting behavior support plans, recording progress, and communicating with parents, while maintaining a safe, inclusive learning environment.
