Rocket Lab USA is seeking a skilled Barge Recovery Supervisor to lead offshore recovery operations for Neutron launches from our Maryland facilities. You will supervise the offshore team, manage deck equipment, and oversee crew transfers under the Offshore Manager’s guidance.
The role requires a mechanical/nautical engineering background, 5+ years of barge operations, USCG MMC with National Deck rating, and a valid TWIC.
