OverviewADP is hiring a Sales Representative to sell payroll, tax, human resources, benefits, and related solutions to small businesses with 1-49 employees. The role involves identifying, signing new clients, and expanding relationships with existing clients across the ADP product portfolio.
Responsibilities- Grow business and reach sales goals independently and as part of a team within a defined geographic territory.
- Turn prospects into loyal clients by implementing a targeted sales strategy focused on decision‑makers and business owners.
- Deepen relationships across the ADP family by selling additional cloud‑based human resources solutions and cultivating long‑term client partnerships.
- Collaborate daily with clients, internal partners, and the broader network, maintaining professionalism and ethical standards under pressure.
- Positive self‑starter with an upbeat, persistent style; comfortable with cold calling, time management, and clear communication in person, on the phone, and in writing.
- Agile solution seeker who can address challenges and adapt to fast‑paced change.
- Continuous learner who continually questions and improves practices.
- Tech‑savvy with modern digital tools and platforms, including AI, to work smarter and leverage data for decision making.
- Prior quota‑carrying experience.
- Ability to build a network and effectively use social media for sales.
Base salary ranges from US $35,900.00 to US $77,700.00 per year, subject to location, skills, and experience. Compensation may also include bonus, equity, or commissions. Uncapped commissions, incentive trips, and career advancement opportunities are available.
