CDS Home Services is seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Master Electrician to join our leadership team. This is a high-accountability leadership role with full responsibility for P&L, job costing, estimating, field execution, and back office operational support, reporting directly to the President and CEO.
The ideal candidate is a builder: someone who creates repeatable systems, develops talent, and runs the business as if the capital were their own. You will lead a team of 8–12 field employees ranging from apprentices to journeymen, serve as license of record enabling CDS to pull permits across four states, and act as a technical authority in the sales and estimating process.
This is not a supervisory role with a side of paperwork; it is a business leadership role held by someone who also happens to be a Master Electrician.
