Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, dozers, backhoes, forklifts, and grinding equipment on civil construction and site development projects.;
Review construction plans and blueprints to understand project scope, site conditions, and required specifications.;
Lead and coordinate a crew of operators and laborers to complete projects on schedule.;
Perform site work including excavation, grading, trenching, and back filling for utility and site development projects.;
Ensure safe operation of all equipment and adherence to OSHA and company safety standards on site.
