Client Care Specialist
Full Time, Hourly General Administration position located in Middleborough, MA.

Pay Rate: $21-$23/hr (Based on Experience)
Work Hours: Mon, Tues, Thurs, Sat 9:30am-8pm (40 hrs per week)

Job OverviewThe Client Care Specialist reports to the Care Center Manager and is responsible for delivering professional, quality customer service through the effective use of organizational skills, product knowledge, administration, and operations.
Duties & Responsibilities- Ensure excellent customer service via telephone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Build rapport and assist customers with product orders.
- Provide information and respond to inquiries about products and services.
- Determine client needs and offer possible solutions or follow up as needed.
- Coordinate client service requests to ensure delivery meets client expectations.
- Maintain appropriate interpersonal skills and extensive product knowledge of the full range of products and services.
- Follow best practices, processes, and procedures for all administrative and operational activities within the department.
- Complete any other duties as assigned.
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field.
- At least one year of customer service experience involving client care.
- High level of integrity, ethics, and compassion for the care of the deceased.
- Teamwork oriented.
- Strong problem identification and solving skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication.
- Ability to multitask with multiple systems while interacting with customers.
- Highly motivated, energetic, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate departments, key business partners, and customers.
- Regularly bending, stooping, crouching, kneeling, sitting, repetitive motion, hand/wrist/finger motion.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Occasionally lifting/moving 100+ lbs.
- Regular exposure to low/moderate/high noise environments.
- Regular exposure to low/moderate/high heat environments.
