Overview
Full‑time (30 hrs) Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) position in Middleboro, MA, sub‑acute/skilled nursing rehab department. Schedule includes one weekend day. Options:
Tuesday‑Saturday, Sunday‑Thursday, Wednesday‑Sunday, Saturday‑Wednesday. New graduates welcome.

Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive, compassionate therapy services in a sub‑acute/skilled nursing facility setting.
- Collaborate with other rehabilitation and nursing staff in a supportive team environment.
- Document clinical encounters electronically with attention to detail and timeliness.
- Maintain current PTA license or be license eligible.
- Active Physical Therapy Assistant license (or eligible) in the state of employment.
- Strong computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, electronic documentation).
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
- Up to 5 weeks paid time off at start, up to 6 weeks after 5 years of employment.

Good faith rate: $32.00 – $38.00 per hour.
Additional OpportunitiesOpen position for a full‑time Rehab Team Leader / Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA) in the same department.
Responsibilities include daily supervision of rehabilitation services, operational oversight, therapy provision, training, and administrative supervision.
Qualifications:
Licensed Occupational Therapist or eligible; experience as a treating therapist in a skilled nursing facility; ability to lead a multidisciplinary team.
