• Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting.
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care with clear goals and expected outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care.
• Use exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands‑on manual therapy to manage pain, increase mobility, and prevent further pain and injury.
• Record patient progress and modify the plan of care as needed.
• Maintain strong clinical and documentation standards.

• Physical Therapist licensure in good standing in the state of Rhode Island.

$80,000–$105,000 inclusive of productivity incentives, with opportunities for additional compensation for certifications and location differentials. A $15,000 Sign-On Bonus is offered.
