Residential Counselor

About Chamberlain International School:

Chamberlain International School is a Massachusetts-approved Private Special Education Therapeutic Boarding School. We are committed to providing exceptional therapeutic and educational services to adolescents with a wide range of learning and emotional challenges.

We are presently seeking dynamic and committed individuals to join our team for the following opening:

• Provide direct care and support to adolescents who have a wide range of learning and emotional challenges.
• Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication administration
• Implement individualized care plans and behavior support plans
• Foster a safe and supportive environment for residents
• Engage residents in recreational and social activities
• Document and maintain accurate records of resident progress and incidents

• Experience working with youth in a residential setting: 1 year (Required)
• Experience working with adolescents who have a wide range of learning and emotional challenges.
• Knowledge of systems and procedures related to residential care
• Familiarity with vital signs monitoring and basic first aid procedures
• Ability to lift and assist residents with mobility needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Associate (Preferred)

Full-time, Part-time

$18.00 - $21.00 per hour, All Weekend Shifts with $2.00 shift differential pay

32 – 40 per week, 10 hour or 8 hour shift

1st shift (weekends only), 2nd & 3rd shifts. Shift availability:
Night Shift (Required), Day Shift (Preferred). Weekend Shifts Required. All Weekend Shifts ($2.00 shift differential pay)

Monday through Friday, Weekends
