McLean South East (MSE) is an inpatient psychiatric unit focused on depression and anxiety, part of Mass General Brigham. This weekend night shift role on the General Adult Unit starts at 11pm and offers 8-hour night shifts Friday and Saturday.
Training requires 40 hours on days during the first week to orient you to our care processes. Responsibilities include direct patient care, safety, and supporting therapeutic milieu.
