Industrial Maintenance Technician

This role is well suited for a technician with 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience who enjoys troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and learning the plant inside and out—with the opportunity to pick up knowledge from long ‑ tenured team members ahead of a planned retirement. • Perform hands‑on maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial production equipment
• Support daily plant operations by minimizing downtime and maintaining equipment reliability
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Diagnose equipment issues and implement effective repairs to restore production quickly and safely
• Work closely with production and maintenance team members to prioritize and resolve maintenance needs
• Assist with equipment inspections, adjustments, and installations
• Learn plant systems and processes from experienced technicians as part of knowledge transfer
• Document maintenance work, repairs, and parts usage accurately
  
  Follow all safety procedures and lockout/tagout (LOTO) requirements
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Communicate maintenance status, issues, and recommendations to supervisors and team members
• Support continuous improvement efforts related to equipment performance and reliability
• Be available for overtime and on ‑ call support as needed to support production demands
