Pallet Laborer

As a Pallet Laborer, you will play a crucial role in the production process by ensuring that pallets are properly assembled, repaired, and maintained. Responsibilities Assemble and repair pallets according to company standards.

Inspect pallets for quality and safety, discarding any that do not meet specifications.

Operate pallet jacks and other equipment safely and efficiently.

Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.

Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Assist in inventory management by tracking pallet counts and reporting discrepancies.

Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is a plus.

Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor for extended periods.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Basic knowledge of pallet construction and repair techniques is an advantage.

Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
