We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Hands‑On Fence Installation Foreman to join our growing team.

Position Overview:The Fence Installation Foreman will lead a crew in the installation of various fencing systems, including wood, vinyl, chain link, ornamental iron, and other specialty fences. This is a hands‑on, field‑based leadership role that requires both management ability and technical expertise. The ideal candidate thrives in outdoor work environments, takes pride in quality workmanship, and leads by example.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and participate in daily fence installation projects.
- Ensure all work meets company standards for quality, safety, and efficiency.
- Manage and motivate crew members to complete projects on schedule.
- Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and specifications.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, customers, and team members.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in good working order.
- Enforce jobsite safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
- Problem‑solve on‑site issues and make quick, informed decisions.
- 3+ years of fencing installation experience (wood, vinyl, chain link, ornamental, etc).
- Previous leadership or foreman experience strongly preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands‑on construction skills.
- Ability to operate power tools, skid steers, augers, and other related equipment.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (CDL a plus).
- Ability to lift 75 lbs. and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Excellent communication, time management, and leadership skills.
- Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug screening that includes Marijuana.
