Foreman - Fence

Foreman - Fence Requirements & Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of fence installation experience (preferred).
  • At least 2 years of construction experience (preferred).
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to obtain DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate.
  • OSHA 10 certification.
  • Ability to pass a drug screening, including marijuana.
Foreman - Fence Preferred Background & Skills
  • Hoisting License is a plus.
  • Familiarity with construction tools and equipment, including augers, generators, and hand tools.
  • Proficient with cellular phones, GPS software, tablets, and portable computers.
Foreman - Fence Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage daily operations on construction sites, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations.
  • Schedule and coordinate project timelines while supervising crew members and subcontractors.
  • Utilize construction management software for budgeting and project tracking.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure quality control and accurate installation.
  • Maintain necessary licenses and ensure safety protocols are followed.
