Del Prete Home Improvements is seeking an experienced Lead Carpenter to oversee our Deck & Outdoor Living Division in Massachusetts, leading a crew of 7 carpenters and mentoring younger carpenters.
The ideal candidate has a Massachusetts CSL license, 10+ years of framing and carpentry, and a proven ability to lead, communicate with homeowners, and maintain high craftsmanship. Schedule Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, with overtime; compensation $40–$48 per hour.
