Ocean Spray is looking for a hands-on Facilities Maintenance Technician to help maintain our corporate campus in Lakeville, MA. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their maintenance career who enjoys solving problems, working with their hands, and learning a variety of building systems.

A Day in the  this role, you'll support the day-to-day operation of our facilities by performing preventive maintenance, responding to service requests, completing minor repairs, and helping maintain a safe and comfortable environment for employees and visitors. You'll gain exposure to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general building maintenance while working alongside an experienced facilities team.

What We Are Looking For :

Required High school diploma or GEDAt least 1 year of maintenance, facilities, construction, building operations, or related hands-on experience

Ability to safely use hand and power tools

Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

Flexibility to participate in an on-call rotation

Preferred

Experience gained through a maintenance role, apprenticeship, vocational program, or trade school

Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or carpentry systems

Experience working in commercial buildings, schools, hospitals, residential properties, or office environments

Education:

High School Diploma or GED (Required)

Work Experience:

At least 1 Year of Experience Annual Salary:$44,900 - $56,100

The base salary range information above serves as a guideline of the position’s typical hiring range.
